Damages and Issues

  1. Inspect Your Order:
    • Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately.
    • Contact us within 3 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or if you’ve received the wrong item.
  2. Eligibility for Refund/Exchange:
    • The item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging.
    • Provide a receipt or proof of purchase for validation.
    • For missing items, include an unboxing video showing the package being opened.
  3. How to Initiate a Request:

Exchanges for Hijabs

  1. 3-Day Exchange Policy:
    • We offer a 3-day, no-questions-asked exchange policy for hijabs.
    • Products must be returned in saleable condition with all packaging and tags intact.
  2. Conditions for Exchange:
    • Exchanges will be rejected if items are stained, worn, perfumed, or modified in any way.
    • Only one exchange per order is allowed. Exchange-on-exchange is not applicable.
  3. Exchange Process:
    • Email us at [email protected] within 3 days of receiving your order.
    • Once approved, return the item(s) to our Karachi warehouse with your original order ID clearly mentioned.
    • Items must reach us within 10 days of approval.
    • After inspection, we’ll issue a voucher for the scarf amount, valid for 1 month.
  4. Courier Charges:
    • Customers are responsible for courier charges incurred during the exchange process due to a change of mind.
    • The entire process may take 15-20 days.

Color Issues

  • Please note that colors may appear slightly different on screens due to variations in display settings.
  • For accurate color representation, refer to our Instagram stories and video posts, or contact our customer support for assistance.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Gift Boxes.
  • Accessories (e.g., pins, underscarves, scrunchies).
  • Sale items, bundled discounted items, or gift cards.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued in the form of store credit (voucher), not cash.
  • The voucher can be used for future purchases on our Site.

Parcel Refusals

  • Refusing a parcel after dispatch incurs a cost of Rs 250 for delivery charges.
  • Future orders will require advance payment of delivery fees.
  • Please place orders mindfully to avoid unnecessary charges.
